The clinics have gained a world wide reputation in the field of veterinary rehabilitation and sports medicine. Our staff are regularly called upon to lecture internationally at specialist conferences, not only in Europe but as far afield as Australia. Our veterinary surgeons and chartered physiotherapists will develop a tailored programme designed to address each patient’s individual requirements and return them to an active life as quickly as possible.

Whether your pet is recovering from surgery; underperforming in sporting disciplines such as agility, obedience or sheep dog trialling; or unable to exercise due to conditions such as arthritis, hip and elbow dysplasia or spinal disease, we can develop a program to improve their mobility and reduce their pain. Both clinics are easily accessible from the M4 motorway affording easy access to our clients from the whole of the UK.

Nutrition and Behavioural Services

Our nurses and support staff also provide a consultation service on nutrition and weight management. Just as importantly they will advise on how to keep your pet happy and entertained during periods of reduced activity.

Amazing place. Our dog Megan has been going here for a number of years, she suffers terribly with her front legs,
The staff here are wonderful…all of them Katie is the vet who normally deals with Megan,
Katie I believe has magic hands out dog is always walking better after Katie has got her magic hands to work on her.
Thank you all each and every one of you,
So glad that our vet referred us to you.

We have been coming to the Smart Clinic for around a month, after my pup had a scary experience with that we believe is her spine. She was in significant pain and wobbled on her hind legs, and our vet luckily agreed to refer us to the clinic.
The team here REALLY care for your furbabies. They are animal lovers, each and every one of them. They never push my dog past her abilities, and are clearly extremely knowledgable. My dog has acupuncture, physiotherapy and hydrotherapy on each visit, plus we are given exercises to do at home which adds a bit of fun to the process. I love how much my dog has improved since coming here and she loves the place! Gets a little bit bouncy because she is so excited. Our profile on the online portal is updated with each visit, with new training material and it’s an excellent way to monitor her progress too. I honestly couldn’t be happier, worth the journey and every single penny spent! I feel like I have my happy and healthy pup back! Thank you so much for giving me my baby back!

Has made a positive improvement on our dog. After three days of intensive therapy he’s been able to wag his tail for the first time since we have had him.

Brilliant place, knowledgeable friendly staff. Our cat Trevor has been attending for a few years now and his mobility has improved and pain levels decreased. He is a much happier cat and he does seem to absolutely love the acupuncture!

Took our dog here for rehab after her spinal surgery and she had lost the use of her back legs. They’re so lovely, have really helped her regain her confidence and every time she comes back from a day of physio bootcamp she can do a little bit more. It’s expensive but worth it if you want your pet to improve. They’re also very helpful if you need advice, will always call you back to discuss things if you need help.
